PM Modi recalls tragedy of Partition, vows to protect bonds of unity

NEW DELHI: On the eve of Independence day observed as 'Partition Horrors Remembrance Day', Prime Minister Narendra Modi recalled the sufferings of people impacted by the Partition and paid tributes to their courage, which he said "illustrates the power of human resilience".
新德里：在独立日前夕，莫迪总理回顾人民受印巴分治影响所遭受的痛苦，并对他们的勇气表示敬意，他说，这“诠释了人类韧性的力量”。
"A lot of those impacted by the Partition went on to rebuild their lives and attain immense success," he said.
他说：“许多受印巴分治影响的人重新开始了他们的生活，并获得了巨大的成功。”
"We also reiterate our commitment to always protect the bonds of unity and brotherhood in our nation," he added.
“我们在此重申，我们致力于始终保护国家的团结和兄弟情谊，”他补充道。
The PM had announced from the ramparts of Red Fort on Aug 15, 2021, that Aug 14 would be observed annually as 'Partition Horrors Remembrance Day', to honour sacrifices of Partition victims.
莫迪总理于2021年8月15日在红堡的城墙上宣布，每年的8月14日被定为“印巴分治恐怖纪念日”，以纪念印巴分治受害者的牺牲。
Home minister Amit Shah in a post on X paid homage to the millions who "suffered inhumane pains, lost lives, turned homeless" during what he described as the "most hideous episode of our history".
内政部长阿米特·沙阿在推特上的一篇帖子中向数百万人表示敬意，他们“遭受了不人道的痛苦，失去了生命，无家可归”，他称这是“我们历史上最可怕的一幕”。
"Only a nation that remembers its history can build its future and emerge as a powerful entity. Observing this day is a foundational exercise in the process of nation building under the leadership of Modi-ji," he added.

Modi ji only speaks for votes in 10 years he has never spoken about the partition affected people the Sindhi's who lost their entire state their homes and livelihood, the half of Punjab and Bengal went to creating Pakistan. He talks about Kashmiri pandits and does nothing. Entire Sindh, half of Punjab and Bengal went into forming Pakistan the saddest day in the history of India.

India suffered a lot after India got independence first by way of partition where millions of Hindus were raped and murdered. Then Nehru the most incompetent fraud became PM and misruled India until his death. He lost territories to china and Pakistan. Then to add misery, his daughter ruled for another 16 years and then his grandson for 5 years and grandson wife for another decade. It is heartbreaking to see a country getting butchered so much since last 1200 years.

I believe partition was the better experience compared what happened in Manipur how people lost their dear ones and many became homeless. If there had been no partition, today in BJP regime, communal violence would have been daily occurrence and India would have been divided 100 parts.
