I have listened first 30 minutes and he was talking about drawbacks about China's real estate. I lived in india for many years and visited couples of time in China. There is no comparation - economy, technology and efficiency - China is way ahead   I love India and want to see improve much faster but it is not possible because of massive corruption in every sectors and activities in Indian societies besides religions cronic Caste system, tribalism and political instability.  India should concentrate on these issues instead of comparing to China. Pollution explosion used to be big issue and Indian government used to discouraged population growth but now since India overtook China and became largest population in the world,  India take pride of being the most populated country in the world. I don't understand.

I would like to correct the interviewer in the begng of the interview session in which she "everyone like to compare between China and India". I take it the "everyone" means the indian? Because the Chinese has never like to compare themselves with india, while the majority of indian are paranoid about China.

Just forty years ago,  China and India basically stood at the same starting line. Now, China ' GDP is about 5-6 times of India.  China almost dominates every critical industrial sectors. China is the largest manufacturing and trading nation in the world.  To be frank,  China and India already are not in the same league . If India wants to  learn some things from China,  how about those characters,  humble,  work hard,  pragmatic,  meritocracy, talking less and work more.  Chinese philosophy believes the law of heaven is rewarding hard-working people.

Focus of India is wrong, even for this podcast which is one of rare rational Indian channel I came across.  Focus should not be on another country   Focus has to be on the people welfare.  Then the priorities of all other policies can be put right.  If anything India really want to compare and compete with China, it is in lifting their very people out of poverty.
