Dollar is not the global reserved currency, but it is the most traded currency at 63% and it is getting reduced year on year. Indian market is highky overvalued where the DII's are inserting money in the stock market in billions as per the request by the indian government, whenever the FII's are selling to keep the indian market in a stable state, thats the real reason. The biggest problem is stock market is now politisized and should be stopped immediately as it will impact indias growth in future. The ruling party is desperate to show growth using poor strategy and the opposition is desperate to blame the ruling party for using the poor strategy. The ruling party is using DII's Mutual fund cash to buy stocks whenever the FII's sells and the stocks fall 2% to 3%, and most stocks do not have the profit growth to support its current high overvalued price, resulting in a Pump and dumb situation which is not good for indian economic growth.
