The Chinese Foreign Ministry on Sep 2 reiterated that ''nuclear weapons should not be used''. China's statement came after Russia warned that it intends to change its nuclear policy. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov on Sep 1 spoke to the TASS on the matter.
