A very patronising Indian attitude towards FDI from China looks ridiculous: you assume that China requests its FDI into India ( a huge market!) but your assumption is misplaced. A few Chinese MNCs might want to invest in India but the majority have no interest in India. This is the reality.

The idea of considering one particular country is wrong in basic concept. America, China's main competitor, have been welcomed, even encouraged to invest in China.
