One thing I like about China is they focus on develo world-class infrastructure in their country.

I think India needs to learn from this and stop reservations in every department if you want productivity like in China.

Also, take rigorous actions against those people who provide poor services. Then only India will be a developed country.

Just don't look at these structure, take a good look and you will find china's infrastructure had creativity too. Bridges crafted so well that walls look good even it just concrete work. Railway track, roads bridge, foot over bridge, sidewalk too

I have been to Tier 3 cities and even rural areas in China, ALL of which have far better infrastructure than the so called Tier 1 cities of India.
