Some of them may look fancy, but you have no clue about their quality. The way Chinese media and manufacturers cover up EV incidents, or any incidents, for fear of losing customers is beyond what outsiders could imagine lol.

I am Chinese, I think becasue the competition is very fierce, so car companies need to put their product just into people's daily life, basically everywhere, online, offline,shop mall, and cafe if it is large enough I think lol. Otherwise people won't know your car before they buy one, so many choices

Blows my mind with how many brands has sprung up in China to cater to electrification. They need to get their presence up in Europe but I guess that doesn't happen overnight. I don't know how the legacy manufacturers will cope with tis competition. Here in London they've just opened a BYD dealership near my house. Amazing to see and very telling of what's to come.
