NEW DELHI: Bengaluru Police on Sunday arrested Nikita Singhania, the estranged wife of deceased Bengaluru techie Subhash Atul, along with her mother and brother, in connection with an abetment to suicide case.

According to Shivakumar, DCP White Field Division, accused Nikita Singhania was arrested from Gurgaon, Haryana, while Nisha Singhania and Anurag Singhania were arrested from Prayagraj.

Bravo Bangalore Police. But how come the judge is not arrested yet? There are 1000 of such judges accross India, who are daily making these kind of crimes. Arresting of this judge can give them a strong massage.

Respecting the sentiments of public in this forum, I propose to change the law. The new law should allow to hang all folks who are named by the person commiting suicide immediately without wasting time in trial.

Please note what has been established.,Atul’s wife and her mother and brother filed multiple cases against Atul and DEMANDED HUGE MONEY TO SETTLE THE CASE.,This proves that the cases filed against Atul were to extract money from him.,These people including the judge who knew very well that this case is a clear cut money extortion case should be arrested and punished under provisions of abetment to suicide.

SC should take suo moto cognisance of the High Court Judge and dismiss her with immediate effect. Intimidation or abetment to this suicide, and judge’s participation in this crime should not go unnoticed and unpunished.

Judge Rita Kaushik is the main culprit and should be named as accused no.1. It is due to these peoples that persons like Nikita are able to tweak and abuse Law. Judges are primarily responsible to avoid misuse of law.
