Wonder where were the Safety Standards during such work on the Ship and surely the Authority who Oversees such subject MUST be booked for negligence which caused the death of persons assigned the Job
May the souls of those dead rest in peace and hope the Persons responsible for these lax attitude for safety during such repairs be sentenced for LIFE in JAIL
