5秒能干啥？大叔倒着跑下52级台阶
Yin Zuo, 57, can go down 52 steps in just five seconds and finish the stunt with a full split.
Mr Yin has been practising the stunt for a year and is planning to challenge the fastest backward runner in the Guinness World Records.
尹作平今年57岁，他倒着跑下52级台阶仅用了5秒的时间，计划挑战吉尼斯世界纪录。
The reason why Mr Yin started running down the stairs backwards was quite unusual.
The man said he found the method could help him stop falling over on slippery stairs, according to Pear Video, a video-sharing platform.
尹先生倒着跑的由来还是相当不寻常的。
他说，楼梯滑的话，倒着跑不容易摔倒。
'The road was slippery during rainy season in summer, so I thought it'd be better to walk down the stairs in reverse,' said the 57-year-old from inan, Shandong Province.
夏天雨季时，路很滑。我觉得倒着下楼梯更好。
According to Guinness World Records, the fastest person to run backwards for 200 metres is Timothy Bud Badyna from the United States.
A record of 32.78 seconds was set by Mr Badyna on January 17, 2001.
吉尼斯世界纪录显示，世界倒着跑速度最快的是美国的Timothy Bud Badyna于2001年1月17日创下的记录，倒着跑200米，时间为32.78秒。
