Next the Chinese will offer to improve the surface connectivity on Nepal side of the border with China. The distance to Chinese ports being huge, exports from Nepal and imports through Chinese ports will become economically unviable. Nepal is on the way to become another beggar in the region ,unless it mends its ties with India.
