I do not think any Indians will be willing to move to china. Chian is not as attractive as US, not just money but in any facet nof life.

While this is good news for Indian IT professionals, fact remains that hardly any Indian IT fellow would like to go to Chiana on a long term basis as they do with the USA, simply because China is nowhere near the USA or Europe in terms of freedom, living conditions, environment for families and above all,the packages that they get in the USA. Rather Indian technies would prefer serving their motherland rather than opting for China. Whatever China is, it is so for itself only; for the outside world, China is a secretive place lacking in freedom of speech, activity, work and overall not suitable Indian families. However, there is not even remote possibility that the USA would throw out Indian IT guys for reasons well known. USA needs millions of IT guys and only Indian can provide that. Without these, UsA Corporations would go out of business sooner or later. Unlike Indians ,Americans do not go for Engineering & Medial Degree course en masse and those who do go, they end up becoming Steve Jobs, Zuckerburg, Bill Gates etc. Present atmosphere of uncertainty and little panic notwithstanding, USA will always remain the destination of first choice for most indians in general and IT professionals in particular.

虽然这对印度的IT专业人员来说是个好消息,事实上,几乎没有任何印度IT同事想长期驻在中国，因为中国的自由、生活环境、家人居住环境远不及美国或欧洲。最重要的是，他们在中国的收入达不到美国的水平。印度的技术人员宁愿为祖国服务，也不愿选择中国。无论中国是什么，它只为自己而存在；对于外界来说，中国是一个神秘的地方，缺乏言论、活动、工作的自由，总体而言也不适合印度家庭。无论如何，美国不太可能以众所周知的理由驱逐印度IT人员。美国需要数以百万计的IT人员，只有印度人才能提供。没有这些人才，美国公司迟早会倒闭。跟印度人不同的是，美国人不太热衷于工程学位课程，研究工程学的人最终都成为史蒂夫·乔布斯,扎克伯格、盖茨等。尽管存在不确定性和小小恐慌氛围，美国将永远是大多数印度人、特别是IT专业人员的首选的目的地。

Most sensible would be to retain them in India by attracting them with the same pay and lifestyle they supposedly would enjoy abroad. But chinese luring them will be only temporary as they will copy everything and then will no more require any more Indians. So beware going to China will end up with the chinese gaining a upper hand and thrive in the IT market with Indians losing their market value. Chinese are well known to be the cheapest and exporting cheap chinese manpower will be their next high score in exports.
