Followers of an upstart Indian political party danced in the streets on Tuesday after inflicting a crushing defeat on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's right-wing party in a key election in the capital.

@Amrik Singh, That is mainly because of difference in state and national election. If you recall Congress won in Rajasthan, MP and Chhattisgarh during 2018 state election but were routed badly in 2019 election.
