It is the G7 who has overcapacity problem, producing ICE cars that is harmful to the environment.

Due to the high US interest rate, a significant amount of money has been moved from the China to the US in the past few years. Also many Chinese exporters have sent their US dollar earnings to the US for the same reason.  These money will go back to China when the US interest rate comes down, and will go to Chinese stock market, real estate and domestic consumption.
