'Slit throats': Bengaluru man walks into police station with blood-stained machete after killing wife, daughter and niece

BENGALURU: Peenya police were in for a shock when a man carrying a blood-stained machete walked into their station around 5.15pm Wednesday, saying he had murdered his wife, child and his sister-in-law's daughter.

班加罗尔：周三下午5点15分左右，一名男子手持一把沾满血迹的砍刀走进警察局，说他杀死了自己的妻子、孩子和姨姐的女儿，令佩尼亚警方震惊。

Gangaraju, 40, working as a home guard with Hebbagodi police station in Bengaluru Urban district, was taken into a room and questioned by senior police officers. A team, meanwhile, rushed to his two-bedroom house in Chokkasandra, Jalahalli, and found the bodies of three women, bearing multiple injuries and slit throats.

The victims were identified as Gangaraju's homemaker-wife, Bhagya, 38, daughter Navya, 19, and daughter of Bhagya's sister, Hemavati, 23. Navya was a first-year degree student at a private college, while Hemavati, a divorcee, lived with Gangaraju's family and worked in a private firm. The family is from Nelamangala and lived in the rented house for the last six years.

In his confession statement to police, Gangaraju said he strongly suspected Bhagya of infidelity, and the couple frequently fought over the issue. "This (Wednesday) afternoon, in a fit of rage, I attacked her with the machete. The two girls tried to stop me and cursed me, saying I was the one at fault. Whenever I'd question Bhagya over her affair, the two girls would support her. I couldn't tolerate this anymore and attacked them with the same machete," Gangaraju said.

Gangaraju的供词称，他强烈怀疑妻子Bhagya不忠，这对夫妇经常为此争吵。“这个（星期三）下午，我一怒之下用砍刀袭击了她。两个女孩试图阻止我，骂我，说我是过错方。每当我问Bhagya是否有外遇时，两个女孩都会支持她。我再也无法忍受了，于是也用砍刀袭击了她们。”

After confirming the three women were dead, Gangaraju called the police control room and said he wanted to surrender. Additional commissioner of police (west) Vikash Kumar Vikash said the accused killed the three women over family-related issues and personal fights.

Nevertheless You will easily get bail in this case just say You were not at home at that time. Court will give you easy bail. Had Atul Subhash did the same thing he could have led easy and happy life here.

every case is different and should be dealt by the law Accordingly. murder or suicide is no solution for anything. what is divorce meant for, it's for the couple who are no more compatible due to any of the reasons, why murder or suicide???
