mexco don't have the equipment for that. But I most say than Mexcan military at this point it's more experienced than the USA , the fight all days against cartels in guerrilla situation. Usa had some experience in irak and Afghanistan. It's all that mexco have. No bombs. Equipments or technology . I doubt that experience can make you won a war.
