Don't have a brother so answer for first part of the question is no. The second part doesn't mention the gender of cousin, so yes I have changed clothes in front of my female cousins but since it is paired with brother I am sure it means male cousins so the answer is no. Also I think unless someone stays in a very small house (like just a single room) there is no real reason to change in front of brother or cousin.

Yeh multiple times, I have changed clothes in front of brother since we used to share the same room in our apartment so most times I was in my inners (bra and panty) while changing clothes but there are also odd times when I was topless or walking bottomless in the house he has seen me nude few times and I have also seen him so we don't mind.

During one 4th of July evening a small group of us guys and gals were caught in a thunderstorm. My apartment was the closest thing so we ran to my home and while we were drip water all over the floor, I suggested that we all take off our clothes and I would put them in the dryer. There were 6 of us 3 guys and 3 gals. They all starred at me while I stripped naked and threw my clothes in the dryer. It didn’t take long for the others to undress down to skin also. When all the clothes were in the dryer we just sat around nude while I made drinks. After an hour and a half, the clothes were dry and I went and got them out of the dryer to pass around. Most of the group declined to get dressed and said since. I was nude they all felt comfortable being nude with each other. We had many other nude get togethers over the years. A wonderful 4th of July experience.

Yes I have. But it was not by choice. My mom would not let me close the door to the bathroom and didn’t even have a door to my bedroom (mom had removed it). Few years back I think I must have been around 20 when some boy was at our house along with his parents (don't remember how they were related to us) for dinner. Somehow he followed me to my room and we were talking when mom asked me to get something from the market. I was in a tee and shorts and for some reason thought it would be better to change before going out.

I thought the kid is just 7–8 years so there's no point going to bathroom or asking him to go out of room while I change so I just stripped off my tee and shorts (luckily since we had guests at home I was wearing innerwear) and wore different tee and jeans.

Not a big deal according to me however later at dinner time the boy said aloud to his mom “mummy aap muje bolti ho bada ho gaya hai sabke saamne kapde mat nikal, par yeh didi to mere si bhi badi fir bhi mere saamne kapde nikal diye” (mom you tell me that I have grown up and shouldn't remove clothes in front of others but this sister is much elder than me still she removed her clothes in front of me).

I somehow managed to explain to other elders that I was not like roaming nude in front of him, I was just in my innerwear in front of him for hardly a few minutes while changing and thought it's fine cause he is a kid. Thankfully the elders took it sportingly.

Just before I moved out of my parents house when I was 20. I was going out with a friend that was 2 years younger then I was. He got to the house while I was in the shower. My mother told him to go and wait in my room. When I got to my room with my towel wrapped around me I found him there sitting on the edge of the bed. We started talking about what we were going to do and I took my towel off and threw it on the floor and went over to my closet. I grabbed the clothes I wanted still naked and talking to him. I went over to my dresser and got my socks, t-shirt and underwear out. I sat net to him put my socks on, stood up put the T-shirt on then my underwear. That was the first time he saw me naked and realized I didn’t care. So from then out if I was at his house he had no problem changing in front of me either. When I moved to my own place if he stayed after staying out late he’d be at the sink while I was in the shower or visa versa… Never had a problem in school either. I have changed in front of several friends with no hang ups

My brothers and I would change clothes in front of each other all the time. We’ve done this our entire lives. Nothing ever really happens. On occasion, we might give each other a hard time about the pair of underwear that one of us is wearing, since we have various tastes in underwear (both in terms of style as well as color/patterns). So, when one of us makes an underwear choice that the other brothers find funny, we might tease each other. But other than that, nothing big has ever really happened.
