There are already EV that can go 500 miles per charge but the battery pack is slightly more expensive. A lot of EV buyer choose the 350 miles battery pack becos is cheaper not becos the technology is not there.

@dustinbauer3554 what I trying to say, it need sometime and it will not be long. We have seen such problem with EV and now it's not a problem but more to do with affordability. Same as robot battery. They can use semi solid state battery but it's not practical for mass production since it's very expensive despite high battery density. China is aiming for mass market adoption and not just few demo that will not be good for development in the long run.
