Dhaka offered Delhi for a meeting 5 months back. I'm not sure why didn't respond. If Modi India still believe that they will only meet with Hasina as PM then this is really unfortunate for the mutual relationship between two nations. The Diplomacy can not work this way.

Bro still. We remember medical visas can be politicized as well. Till 2015 we used to to send bone marrow patients to India. A lot of times they used to stop the visas. Then we developed our own capacity.
