china has warned there will be “no winners” from Donald Trump’s trade war as the Chinese embarks on a diplomatic tour of Southeast Asia this week.

The warning was delivered in an editorial jointly published in Chinese and Vietnamese media ahead of a trip which experts say china will use to portray his country as a “responsible” superpower—in contrast to the United States under President Trump.

Although Trump temporarily paused the vast majority of the tariffs after causing the stock market to crash last week, the import levies have still been kept on China, which faces 145 percent tariffs on many exports to the U.S. Beiing responded by imposing their own 125 percent levies on American imports and has vowed to “fight until the end.”

中国警告称，唐纳德·特朗普发起的贸易战“没有赢家”，本周中国开启对东南亚的外交访问之旅。

Just watch, when trump is done 'negotiating, China will be buying very little from the US (they've already stopped buying farm products from the US) and American consumers will be paying 40% more for everything imported from China. So I guess the only winners will be US farmers who will be government subsidized because they can't sell their soybeans anymore. Consumers lose again.

There will be no winners, because every country in the world contributes to the global economy. One individual country can not self sustain itself. Trumpy believes we can become an independent nation in which we don’t need any other country. Manufacturing will most likely never come back to America.
